I build and fly indoor rubber band powered free-flight model airplanes, and then made a documentary about them.
The F1D weighs 1.2 grams and will fly for over 30 minutes on a single wound rubber motor. I produced a feature length documentary film about the sport of F1D which screened at over 20 film festivals and is distributed by Grasshopper Film.
